How would you describe your pedagogical philosophy?

Equip is the accreditation pathway for those who teach Christian Studies in a Lutheran School. 12 participants from 4 Melbourne schools worked together at the recent Central Hub Equip 2 days. (There are also 2 other Equip cohorts in Mildura and the Wimmera/Western hubs). As one of the activities, Equip participants are challenged to work in groups to create a model that describes an inquiry approach to learning. The conversations and results are always rich and inspiring.
