National Science Week is coming up (14–22 August). It’s a great opportunity for teachers to use our range of science resources and include First Nations histories, cultures and perspectives in their Science Week celebrations.
Below is a blurb that you can pass on to your schools and teachers about the resources:
National Science Week is coming up (August 14–22), and Australians Together has a range of FREE science resources for you.
The best part is there are resources for all year levels from Foundation to Year 10, with lesson plans and student activities covering a vast range of topics. You can access them here.
This Science Week is a great opportunity to embed First Nations perspectives in your lessons and join teachers across Australia in celebrating science!
I’d love to hear how your teachers are using the resources and how they’ve incorporated them in their classroom activities for Science Week. Let me know if you have any questions.
Please let me know if we can support you and your schools in any other way.
