Valuing Safe Communities (VSC) is compulsory training for all people who work within Lutheran schools. The VSC training has been designed specifically for school staff and volunteers to ensure the way they work will develop positive and safe communities. VSC integrates relevant national policies, procedures and guidelines that impact on relationships in Lutheran schools and embeds the LCA's Safe Place Policy within it.
LEVNT offers support to schools in running this training, either by providing materials and coaching to school leaders and trainers to deliver VSC in-house, or by providing trainers to run these sessions for schools.
