LUTHERAN EDUCATION PROJECT BASED LEARNING FACILITATORS TRAINING WORKSHOP

2020-11-12

Due to popular demand to be run again with a fourth group

“This facilitator’s workshop has made all the research and our attempts at Project Based Learning much clearer”

(Due to Popular Demand Fourth Repeat 25 November Online)

With currently 50 PBL Facilitators trained across Lutheran Schools, and I have received more requests to repeat this course for a fourth session for the training of more PBL Facilitators who will lead PBL back at their schools.  In the session, we go through the course in detail so that people feel equipped as facilitators.  The Courses are based on the Buck Institute, PBL Works Gold Standard PBL and others.

Both - PBL Kickstart and PBL Refresh Facilitators Training Workshop will be delivered - Total 1.5 Hours 25 November

On Wednesday, 25 November 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm (EST) we are hosting an online workshop for learning leaders who wish to be facilitators of PBL Kickstart or PBL Refresh for your school.

By the end of this workshop Facilitators will have resources and support to lead the two online/blended modules PBL Kickstart and PBL Refresh.

PBL Kickstart is designed to help teachers get started with their PBL journey. This series provides an entry-level understanding of PBL and equips teacher to develop their first units to meet the PBL Gold Standard criteria developed by Buck Institute.

PBL Refresh - Designed to help teachers who have experience developing PBL units to audit and refine units using the gold standard criteria developed by the Buck Institute.  If you wish to engage in this course.  With some places still remaining - Contact me or Derek
