I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Shane Paterson as Director: Leadership and School Improvement.
Shane has worked within Lutheran Education for many years. He is currently Principal of Golden Grove Lutheran School in South Australia and previously has been Principal of Peace Lutheran School Gatton (Queensland) and St Michaels Lutheran School Hahndorf (South Australia). Shane also served as Assistant Director- Leadership in LEA.
Shane will bring a range of skills to the position, including a deep understanding of Lutheran Schools and the unique role that our schools’ programs, culture and staff play in inspiring our students for life. Shane will commence his appointment in January 2021.
