Inspire Citizens Workshop March 12-13

2026-02-12

The Empathy to Impact frame is an excellent tool for learning leaders to use when they are supporting teacher planning at any year level from our youngest to most senior learners. We have been co-designing with the Inspire Citizens team to ensure that this professional learning experience is bespoke to Lutheran Education, it will be grounded in our values, and support learning leaders to enliven our strong vision focused on flourishing! Importantly it will follow a train the trainer model ensuring that all learning leaders become certified in the Empathy to Impact model so that they have the skills and expertise to continue to upskill teachers into the future.

The reason that we are partnering with Inspire Citizens is because we see strong alignment with the Empathy to Impact model and the range of inquiry/PBL approaches that are already being applied in Lutheran schools. The lens that Inspire Citizens bring to learning can be applied over any pedagogical approach to enhance the real-world application through authentic meaning and purpose.

We invite all learning leaders to attend this 2 day workshop run by Aaron Moniz CEO of Inspire Citizens and held in the Melbourne CBD, 150 Collins St, with a small team of teachers who are ready to plan a new unit or refresh one that has been taught before.

Who: Learning Leader with a small teaching team ready to plan a unit

When: March 12 and 13 9am-4pm

Where: Westpac Building 150 Collins St Melbourne

Cost: $200 per person
