Attached to this newsletter is a brochure introducing you to a new national leadership course, ‘Growing as Leaders’. This is an exciting initiative for all staff in Lutheran schools with the intended outcome of building and strengthening leadership capacity in Lutheran schools. The brochure outlines the course and what is being offered. The structure this year gives you the opportunity to deepen your understanding of Lutheran theology using the ‘Lutheran lens’ section of ‘Growing deep’.
