This week, the leadership of Victory Lutheran College entered their fourth session of Contemporary Transformation planning and engagement.
The day’s focus was about synthesizing the wide data to decide on the contemporary dispositions and skills of a graduate/learner at VLC.
There was also a focus and workshop on producing a consistent narrative of what Contemporary Learning is and what it is not aligned with the school strategy, values and philosophy.
The final stage of the day re-analysed the wide data of previous stop, start and keep workshops to enable and initiate action.
A BIG but enriching day at VLC.
