Being able to have the hard or instructive conversation is a capability that all leaders need to have. Suzanne Jesson will be facilitating ‘Fierce Conversations’ twice this year for the LEVNT region to support our leaders to build capacity in this area. Suzanne ran this workshop last year and many of the participants still talk of the rich learning and ‘takeaways’ they gained from attending this workshop. The first workshop for 2025 is being held at the LEVNT office on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th May. This workshop will be targeted towards ‘middle’ level leaders and those staff who may have a higher level of responsibility in the school. The second workshop to be held 30th and 31st July is targeted towards principals and senior leaders (Exec team etc.). This is being offered at no cost to schools.
Please register here for the workshop being held Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th May.
The simplest definition of a Fierce Conversation is one in which we come out from behind ourselves, into the conversation, and make it real. While many fear “real”, it is the “unreal” conversations that ought to concern us because they are incredibly expensive. In this workshop you will learn how to have Fierce Conversations: productive dialogue that interrogates reality, provokes learning, resolves tough challenges, and enriches relationships.
