Incredibilia Special Event at the State Library: Children's Drama and the Process of Adaptation with Libby and Kim

When: 12:30pm Thursday 16 May
Where: State Library of NSW
A post-show Q&A with the artists

After the postponement of our talk with Kim and Libby earlier this year, we're delighted to offer a new oppertunity to hear from them about the journey that brought their show Incredibilia to the stage. This conversational Q&A from Libby Hathorn, whose books provide the basis of the show, and Kim Carpenter, who adapted them into a live performance, will give CREATE members the chance to discuss adaptation, theatre and the value of children's literature reaching its audience in new ways.
Magical theatre featuring 20 stories, 101 objects, music and song! Incredibilia will be showing at the State Library of NSW 12 - 26 May and at Riverside Theatre Parramatta 29 May - 1 June.
Please select the 12:30 performance time on Thursday 16th May, then enter the code CREATE to book discounted $10 tickets for the show and Q&A.
