LEVNT recognises the wide variety of experience, personal attributes and unique workplace challenges of each of the principals within our region. We work in close partnership with each principal and provide bespoke support in line with individual circumstances. In some cases this support is provided through an ongoing mentoring relationship, while in other cases the support is more adhoc as needed.
LEVNT does work which benefits the LEVNT principal cohort as a whole, equipping and resourcing them as a team, and supporting the principal performance and development framework and process.
LEVNT also provide leadership development and support for second tier and emerging school leaders within the region by providing networking and development opportunities to these potential future school leaders.
